ANLD Summer Picnic

Join us for the annual summer ANLD picnic! This will be a chance to spend time together, catch up with fellow members, and enjoy a shared meal.

Sandwiches/wraps and beverages will be provided, and we will hear from nursery manger Becky and employee Rachel about the nursery, the plants and the value of native plants in the gardens we design. We request that attendees bring along a salad, side, or dessert to share.

The site is beautiful with natural and enhanced forest, pond and meadow areas and paths to stroll around, birds galore, frogs, dragonflies, and a shady campsite where lunch will be served.

There will be time, if you're so inclined, to also make a stop at Cistus Nursery after lunch, just down the road, while you're on the island.

We hope you'll join us for a fun time gathering together and enjoying the day and each other's company.

Jane is generously offering the 10% discount at Sauvie Island Natives without the $300 minimum for ANLD members who attend the picnic. So pick up some new plant friends while you're there!

Time: 12pm - 3pm

Location: Sauvie Island Natives (map). Parking will be available.
